Trying out the Voigtländer Nokton 58mm F1.4 - I love this lens. One shot at F1.4, the other at F2.8. See the difference in DOF.
Quite a bit of CA though. But nothing really serious imo. Camera shot with Nikon P7000 - note the BlueSLR addon.
F1.4 is razor thin DOF.

I like this lens. Very long focus throw (old-fashioned, almost). One niggle: lens hood is screw-in type, so lens cap won't fit anymore once the hood is on. Sigh.
FWIW, I didn't buy the original ($35,-) lens hood but a third party $5,50 equivalent metal hood.
