The Buma/Stemra fuckheads are at it again. (includes RammStein Zerstören!)

Dutch "copyright" organisation BUMA/Stemra has launched their Fair Play license. From January 1st, 2010 websites and blogs can be charged for embedding content like youtube videoclips. (see also the dutch article on 3voor12) Somehow they figured out that the user will have to pay €130,- per 6 embedded files. This is not just for commercial sites, but also for personal sites like this.

To me this sounds like scare tactics and I wonder how many labels will actually use the above license. And I bet of that money, nothing or a very very tiny part will go to the artist.
Oh and IT's FUCKING FREE PUBLICITY IF I EMBED A VIDEOCLIP OF A BAND I LIKE!
