If you want affordable, high quality photo papers, Tecco should be considered. I am now using the Digital Photo PM230 Matte paper on my Epson 2100 and it's a very very nice paper. It is not a fine-art paper per-se, although that depends on your own point of view (I personally think it's a bit too light weight for fine art), but it produces very nice black and white results with great tonality. And it's not expensive at all, which is a plus if you print a lot. This paper is now my main bulk paper, in both A4 and A3+ size. Try it for yourself, see their website to receive a sample package.
