Het ontloopt mekaar niet echt veel. Ik heb voor beide 3x een speedtest gestart en de beste eruit gekozen.
Opvallend: ondanks dat 7.2Mbps aangegeven wordt lijkt het erop dat het plafond van de iPhone 4 bij de 5Mbps zit, in ieder geval heb ik hem nog nooit hoger zien komen. Als ik de overhead van 3G enzo meeneem zou er toch zeker 6 of 6.5Mbps gehaald moeten kunnen worden.
Vodafone heeft wel duidelijk een hogere upload snelheid dan T-Mobile, iets wat wel voordelig is, vooral als je veel email verstuurd bijvoorbeeld.
Op mijn lokatie en omstreken ontlopen de netwerken mekaar ook praktisch niet qua dekking (outdoors), Vodafone is wel duidelijk beter met indoor dekking. Bij mij in het dorp hebben beide geen 3G helaas, en echt aanstalten om dat te veranderen maken ze niet.

Imagine the following use case:
- WiFi in your car (using a MiFi for instance)
- Your kids in the back seat, each their own iPod Touch or iPad.
- In the passenger seat a macbookpro with iTunes

Last Wednesday, my life changed forever. I got an iPhone. I consider it the greatest thing to happen to the blind for a very long time, possibly ever. It offers unparalleled access to properly made applications, and changed my life in twenty-four hours. The iPhone only has one thing holding it back: iTunes. Nevertheless, I have fallen in love.
Blind users are often forgotten, usability for them is an even harder challenge for device manufacturers.
